ABOUT NETWORK IMAGING SYSTEMS

Network Imaging Systems was formed in 2002 as a result of market opportunities produced by inflexible service providers. A number of CT and MRI administrators were voicing their dissatisfaction with the slow response, the absence of after hour availability, and the price of manufacturers' service programs. The only options available to these administrators were to increase their maintenance budgets, to reduce the level of services, or eliminate contracted service altogether. The absence of alternative services was apparent.

These factors, and the lack of competition in the imaging service markets of the Carolinas, created an opening. When the preliminary market research was analyzed, there was no doubt a new company with a focus on customer satisfaction could provide the level of service the customers wanted at a price they could afford. The question quickly shifted from whether we should do this to how we would define our products and services.

With years of technical and management experience, NIS represents options to healthcare providers. Options on equipment, services, training, and repair materials are now a phone call or an email away. We service the complete line of GE CT scanners including the LightSpeed series, BrightSpeed series, Hispeed X/i series, and the HiSpeed CT/i series.
